Citizens Advice High Wycombe is a small local charity which opened in 1939 and we have been adapting our advice service to meet local needs ever since. We are a regional Pension Wise delivery centre and are involved in testing new ways of working with local and national partners. Last year we helped around 6,000 people with over 14,000 issues. Our work makes a significant difference to the local community.
We are looking for a trainer with experience of delivering recruitment and training activities in group and 1:1 settings, as well as a commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice Service.
You’ll have the ability to organise recruitment events, liaise with interested volunteers and staff members, and schedule and deliver a series of induction and training sessions that build competence in key staff and volunteer roles. Traveling to Citizens Advice offices in Wycombe and Aylesbury Vale will be a requirement of this role
