Our Story

High Wycombe Citizens Advice has been providing an essential community service since 1939 when it was one of a small number of ‘bureaus’ (which have since changed to become ‘local offices’), to cope with the upcoming disruption of World War 2.

CAB Early Days
High Wycombe Citizens Advice is a member of the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux. There are over 300 local Citizens Advice in England and Wales. Together, we:
• Help millions of people solve millions of problems every year.
• Provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice and information to everyone on their rights and responsibilities.
