When you call us, the first person you’ll speak to is an Assessor. An Assessor may be able to give you the information you need over the phone, or, if it’s more complicated, make you an appointment for you with an Adviser or Caseworker.
We share this phone number with our neighbouring Citizens Advice offices in Bucks so your call might be answered by one of them. If they can’t help you over the phone, they will contact us and someone from our office will ring you back within three working days.
Please be aware that our number is withheld so it may display on your phone as ‘no caller ID’ or ‘private number’.
We run a very limited number of drop-in sessions for clients who have can’t access a phone, internet or are facing an emergency. More details on opening hours for drop-in can been seen here. Our address is Wycombe District Council Offices, 15 Queen Victoria Road, High Wycombe Bucks HP11 1BB.
We are one of 28 Citizens Advice who run an email and web chat service within the national digital service. This is accessible through our public website, click here for this service which will take you through an online gateway assessment.
