This number will take you through to an Assessor who will listen to your problems and ask questions to find out how we can best help you.

Before speaking to us, we suggest you:
1. Make a list of the main points or questions you want to ask
2. Have any relevant papers to hand
3. Make yourself available to answer the phone if we are ringing you back

If we need to call you back, be aware that on some phones it may come up as a withheld number.

Outreach at Marlow Library

Opening hours are Tuesdays 10 – 6, Wednesday and Friday 10 – 5, Thursday and Saturday 10 – 4, closed Monday and Sunday for this service and appointments can be made by visiting the tourist information desk within the library or by calling us.

Drop-in Service

Last entry on a Monday is 3.45pm and 12.45pm on a Wednesday. This is a limited drop-in service for those who have difficulties accessing our service by telephone. This is the same service as that which is provided through our telephone Adviceline.
